A very important part of the Career Technical Education at UHS/UISA is our leadership development program. 

 

Leadership is fostered and built though our Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSO). Our CTSO's are Future Farmers of America (FFA), Future Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA), and Skills USA.

 

 

The fundamentals of leadership are taught within the CTE classrooms. The CTSO's offer a place for students to further hone their leadership skills, earn scholarships, and travel throughout California while participating in leadership conferences and Career Development Competitions.
