Please take the time to confirm your child's Aeries account. It is extremely important this year as all communication including phone calls will be sent through an Aeries communication tool. I have included directions with this letter but feel free to email me at [email protected] and I will send you a link and directions on how to complete this process.

Create a New Account

1. Go to website https://aeriesgrading.uusd.net/ParentPortal
2. Select preferred language in the top right corner and then click “Create New Account”
3. Account type: Parent, click “Next”
4. Enter email and create a password, click “Next”
5. Go to your email and check for a verification email (you may need to check your SPAM folder)
6. Enter email verification code
7. Return to Login Page and log in to new Aeries Parent Portal account 
8. Enter identifying information for student (primary phone number, ID from the attached label, and verification passcode from the attached label), click “Next”
9. If your name appears in the Emergency Contact Verification screen, click on it to link your account to your name
10. Click “Next” and then “Add Another Student to Your Account” to add more students if needed.
11. Click “Home” to get to the homepage

Add Student to Existing Parent Portal Account

1. Log in to existing Parent Portal Account at https://aeriesgrading.uusd.net/ParentPortal
2. Hover your mouse on “Change Student” in the top right corner of the screen
3. Select “Add New Student to Your Account”
4. Enter identifying information for student (primary phone number, ID from the attached label, and verification passcode from the attached label), click “Next”
5. Click “Home” to get back to the homepage

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily create a new password by following the steps below.

1. Go to www.uusd.net Click the “Families” heading
2.  Click Aeries Parent Portal
3.  It will take you to the Aeries Parent Portal login page
4. Click “Forgot Password?” Enter an email address and click next.
5. You will receive an email verification from [email protected] with a code Enter email address and enter the code from your email verification, then click next Final Step: Enter a new password, retype the password, and then click next
6. After you have completed the steps. Click “Return to Login Page” and log in with the new password you created
